POLICIES & DISCIPLINARY GUIDELINES

DISCIPLINE

Discipline is a vital aspect of education that shapes self-control, organization, efficiency, and character. At MR CABIN, we strongly uphold a discipline policy that is consistent, fair, and supportive of a positive learning environment.

Students are expected to follow rules to ensure:

    • A safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
  • Development of lifelong respect for rules and regulations.

  • An uninterrupted learning atmosphere for everyone.

Disciplinary Measures Include:

  • Detention during break or games periods for incomplete or missing assignments.

  • In-house suspension for serious misconduct, during which the student will be separated from class, supervised by academic coordinators, and given additional tasks. They will be excluded from games and activity periods.

  • Temporary suspension if behavior does not improve, followed by a formal warning letter.

  • Expulsion in case of further indiscipline after warnings.

ROLE OF PARENTS

Parents and students are encouraged to read and understand all school policies. The foundation of a child’s education begins at home. Parents play a vital role by teaching their children respect for Allah, others, and values such as love, justice, loyalty, and honesty.

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

The Student Code of Conduct aims to foster a safe and productive learning environment. Breach of conduct will lead to disciplinary actions.

All students must:

  • Be punctual.

  • Avoid late arrivals, as latecomers will not be allowed to enter.

  • Submit leave applications in advance; a medical certificate is required for sick leave.

  • No student is allowed to leave school premises during school hours.

  • Avoid bringing large amounts of money. The school is not responsible for any loss.

  • Compensate for any damage to school property.

  • Not exchange video games, CDs/DVDs, books, or gift items.

  • Strictly avoid bringing mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or similar gadgets. Confiscation and penalties will apply.

  • Bring all personal items at the start of the day — no parcels/lunchboxes/books will be accepted later.

  • Maintain respectful, non-violent behavior. Abusive language or actions will be dealt with strictly.

  • Respect all teachers, staff, and fellow students.

  • Refrain from cheating, stealing, or dishonest behavior in academics.

Serious offenses leading to withdrawal/expulsion without notice:

  • Criminal behavior.

  • Actions causing harm or danger.

  • Violations of any school code or policy.

  • Misuse of social media, creating memes or using fake IDs.

The school reserves the right to expel any student based on poor academics, misconduct, or misbehavior without prior notice.

PUNCTUALITY

Punctuality and regular attendance are essential for academic success and character building. Unapproved absences and vacation extensions are discouraged. Teachers cannot retest or repeat missed content for absent students, as this disrupts classroom learning and encourages laziness.
